Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

The vitara is a good mid size 4x4. Rav 4 is nice but the d4d engines aren't as reliable as previous toyota diesels.

That x trial had a renault 2.2dci engine and are known to cause trouble and parts can be expensive.
The vitara would be a better bet ,it uses a peugeot 2.0hdi engine.
Then again some people sut both are good and some say their bad.Hard to know these days .The freelander uses bmw 320d engine but the build quality may not be that good.Depends what you will use the jeep for.

Not if you plan to use it for any real offloading/4WDing. They are All Wheel Drive, not 4x4 in the true sense. Some models might even be FWD only.

I think the vitara is the best of the bunch in that class
