Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Anyone noticed the Vodafone website for about the last 3 months? It has strange photos on the home page, they've been there for a few months.

    http://www.vodafone.ie/ (or see attached screenshot)

One shows a picture of 2 guys on a sofa, but one looks a very pale white, and seems frozen like a shop window dummy. The other photo bottom left shows a woman talking on the phone, but the quality of photo is very poor, in fact its grainy and yellow. A third photo is visually alright but seems inappropriate. Its positioned in the business section and shows what looks like an unhappy woman with her hands folded wearing a cardi.

All three images have different colour balance, colour intensity and definition. Also the scale is different in all three photos; the woman holding the phones head is the same size as the other womans body, and the man on the sofa looks tiny, like an Action Man figure, compared to them.

Overall I think they give the Vodafone home page an amateurish appearance. All very strange for a national and multi-national mobile phone network.

Its also a very slow site. Always has been and I guess, always will be.
At least http://vodafone.ie nowadays brings you to an actual site!

Meteor's website can be slow too sometimes, but at least it looks well. The photo they have on home page now made me smile as well ... :D : http://meteor.ie/
