Unexplained light

This is a clip from a visit last year to carlow shopping centre. I have to look a bit further into this, but its a bit strange. On the left what looks like someone switching on a flashlight happens. Though you cant tell from the video (but I can tell where it is as I set the camera up) the light appears in the middle of the cafe. There wasn't anyone in the cafe. there were three of us there and we were all upstairs at the far end. In the original video, you can see our flashlights upstairs and you hear us going up and I know for fact that there was never a time the three of us weren't together. also, there is nothing on the rest of the video either visually or sound wise to indicate any of us coming back downstairs, walking into the cafe and turning on a flashlight. The rest of the centre is locked so I don't really know what this is other than its a light that looks very much like a flashlight. Also to note, at that time the cafe was between owners so it didn't have power or machinery.

on this particular night this happened three times (the other two times the light was smaller but in the same area). A few weeks later we went back and set up a camera in the same spot but didn't find anything similar.
