Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Starting with ABC

ABC lines up its lucky 13

ABC has unveiled its 2011/12 schedule, putting its faith in no fewer than 13 new series, including the Drew Barrymore exec-produced remake of Charlie's Angels.

The Alphabet channel's new dramas are Once Upon a Time, Good Christian Belles, The River, Pan Am, Charlie's Angels, Scandal and Revenge; while new comedies come in the form of Last Man Standing, Apartment 23, Work It, Man Up and Suburgatory.

Within the schedule, early Tuesday primetime sees half-hour comedies Last Man Standing and Man Up coming in at 20.00 and 20.30.

There's an almost total overhaul on Wednesdays, with Suburgatory and Happy Endings sandwiching returning comedy Modern Family at 20.30 and 21.30 respectively. Following Happy Endings at 22.00 is new drama Revenge.

The new Charlie's Angels, which stars Rachael Taylor, Annie Ilohnez and Minka Kelly as the female detective trio and has the weight of Hollywood star Barrymore behind it, leads out Thursdays at 20.00.

On Sundays, Once Upon a Time, a new drama from Lost executive producers Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis, airs at 20.00, with actress Christina Ricci following in flight drama Pan Am at 22.00

But to make room for so many new shows, ABC has axed Better With You, No Ordinary Family, Detroit 1-8-7, Off the Map, Mr Sunshine, V and Brothers & Sisters, as reported by C21 over the weekend.

The long-running Dancing with the Stars, Desperate Housewives, The Bachelor, Body of Proof and Happy Endings are among those returning series joining already-safe shows such as Cougar Town.

ABC's 2011/12 schedule is the first under its new entertainment president, Paul Lee.
