Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,695 ✭✭✭Lisha

Bought two and got a free freezer bag WM.

Would you like a beer with that?

Ha so did I gsw! Then I packed so much into the bag the zip broke :(
So I went back to shop and bought 2 more for a free bag. Think a bag would've been cheaper ....minus all the pizza :)

The LLS were half way there playing clips of Father Ted last night (cough), the SNS should have called in sick tonight and put on a TedFest instead

Tubridys Full Irish Breakfast....without the sausages, bacon, pudding, eggs and hashbrowns it would appear!

It's true though, he was good on radio. It suits him far more than the LLS, though I've not heard him on 2FM.

He wouldn't of heard it, he would be too busy concentrating on his cue card waiting to ask the next question...!

Sód the Voice of Ireland. :o

The UK version is far better - even if its winners don't do well in the charts, and the female judges tend to have rotten luck. :o

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,964 ✭✭✭✭Thargor

This is ridiculous, how many times has this one been interviewed between the LLS and SNS?

  • Registered Users Posts: 19,749 ✭✭✭✭grey_so_what

I actually thought he was good on Tubridy Tonight, good energy and enthusiastic with guests, then he got the big job, got FAR too ahead of himself and comfortable and the rest, as they say, is history (and unfortunately for LLS viewers present as well...)

Just switched over while I'm waiting on a movie to copy to my USB stick....

And my timing as usual is perfect...:mad:

I've no problem with people getting famous because of their looks, but while do we always have to be treated to the contents of their empty heads as well as their beautiful facades??

Okay, Stalingrad (1993) has finished copying to the USB stick....

Do you remember when Bressie hurt his finger and he was on the LLS.

    Now Una has a stye.

    I won't sleep tonight.....

You can almost feel the presence of Nicky Byrne and his confusing triangular structures haunting the studio and spreading the virus of terrible television.

Feeling old as I don't watch "The Voice" so I have never heard of this girl before.

The Voice of Ireland is preposterous.

Three boy or girl band professional mimes and Bressie judging some singers who weren't able to make it as professionals (presumably).

Over the course of, what, 3 f*ckin months?

    A serious low for RTE.

Ah, she is far from the worst, seems like a nice down to earth girl and compared to some certain female guests that have "graced" our screens the last month, she is a Mensa member.....

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 73,276 ✭✭✭✭Welsh Megaman

    She's thirty-nine years old.

    Thirty-nine.

Just kidding, I've no idea how old she is.

In fairness it's a franchise that goes all over the world, so it's not RTE's concept.

Fair enough not liking a show but don't make up lies about it.

Poor Una from Tipp, probably sick losing to Kilkenny in hurling finals.
