Plenty of this non perfecto heineken tray, 24 for €28, and a big ole spliff with the aroma of blue cheese encompassed with garlic mushrooms. My psychiatrist said it was a bad idea, but hey, it's an excuse to indulge in the forbidden fruits and herbs of yesteryear.

I'm off tomorrow but I'll be up early to do some cleaning, then when the OH gets home from work, I'll be making steak and spuds for dinner, then we'll slob out on the couch and watch Monty Pythons The Life of Brian with a whiskey or seven

Yeah, the sort of people who can spend their days in work on boards.ie.

I've always had work on Good Friday but we used to always get week after off. Nowadays, we don't shut down for the week but get to days to take whenever we want. That's a better set-up.

Yeah, it was always a bank holiday in Ireland. When bank holidays were made into official public holidays, Good Friday didn't make the cut but lots of companies just carried on doing it because of whiney unions or tradition or whatever.

I work for a UK company who don't trade in Ireland. Our UK head office has a public holiday tomorrow, but we have to work. We're not entirely sure where the logic is in that, but c'est la vie.

Prob been said before but at the local supermarket People were stocking up on booze like it was the apocalypse. Did make me laugh the offer for Carlsberg 4 for €4 until you look at the can 3.8%
