The Irish Times reports that Esat BT will on Thursday file a legal suit in the High Court seeking an expedited judgment in a case against Eircom. Esat BT will argue that Eircom has failed to comply with a court order instructing it to prepare a defence in the case. Esat sued Eircom for EUR100 million in damages earlier this year, alleging anti-competitive behaviour on the incumbent's part. The allegations centre on a claim that Eircom offered illegal price discounts to companies in order to increase its market share between 1999 and 2002.
    Degenerates.

Their chief witness, Etain Doyle, is about to flee the jurisdiction to make Spaghetti Westerns for a living or something. If Bill has any cop on he will have her declared a hostile witness and get her a berth in the 'Joy till the full hearing....or at least have her passport confiscated.
