    My husband is a bar manager working in same family run pub for 28 years his boss is picking on him lately and is very clearly trying to make him walk out he hurt his back when taking in the kegs he continued working that day, was off the next day,returned to work the next day but went home sick and was out sick the following day he then had 2days off.when he tried to go back to work the next day they told him he needed doc cert to say he was fit for work cause of health and safety.It is now 3weeks later he has given in 2 certs to say he is fit for work also long detailed letter from doc to say he is fit but they are still refusing to let him back saying they need more info please help

    What other info are they looking for?

    Get them to document what info they are looking for.

    They should provide this in writing ASAP. If this doesn't happen quickly, consider contacting Citizen's Info or a solicitor.
