Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi all
Going to scotland for a week at Easter in the Hymer - how about this thread for ideas for Scotland? I want to do some hiking and generally go to coastal locations - the other travelling companion is a surfer! Any recommendations on ferry crossings? Cheers. Now, that the THAW is on, time to get the battery recharged.....and start planning weekend trips! Bring it on.

The Falkirk wheel is impressive and worth a visit. Edinburgh is a good spot, We stayed at The Caravan Club site in Edinburgh, reasonably priced, 15 min taxi into the city.
We sailed Larne to Cairnryan with P&O and found they offered a good service and reasonably priced.
