Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

New Dell laptop - sound problems

Just got a 1525 a few days ago and it's only my second ever computer. The sound on it is weak so I have the volume turned up full.

The problem is I'm hearing an infrequent popping/crackling noise when listening to music/radio.

I'm not sure if there's a problem with the soundcard or it might be because I have the volume up full? Anyone have any advice? It's only a few days old thanks, and I'm worried. :( Any help much appreciated.

    Dell Customer Support

Have the service tag ready. This should be located on the underside of your laptop. The speaker will probably require replacement.
