    When you say built in nav. Is it the standard headunit or the toyota branded double din sized touchscreen unit?

    Ok, think that's a TNS700. Toyota do an iPod integration kit for that one as do XCarlink

    Just on a similar note, has anyone any feedback on any of the Belkin gear sold by Halfords (FM Transmitters?). How practical are these if driving any distance?

    The only fm transmitters I'd bother with are the ones that tap into the antenna-in jack on the car.

    Dension did one called the ice link fm, its called something different now - I found it very good.
