Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm looking for recommendations for good family friendly restaurants in Athlone, something that will suit both adults and young children. Looking for good food, not chips and sausages/chicken nuggets etc.

Top Deck bistro is where we bring the kids, food is great there too.

+1 for Top Deck, we have brought our fella there a few times and they treat him really well. Also try Di Bella's - cant go wrong with pasta!

The italian at the bridge had a playroom in it the time I was there, young lad got great sport out of it. But I didn't like the food so I can't give my own recommendation on that part.
