Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    When you say you cannot sign in what do you mean?

    are you getting an error? if so what does it say?

    A little more information would be helpful to be honest.

    When I click on the Sign In nothing happens and the "hand" just remains. Sorry I am not up to speed with the technical terms

    What web browser are you using? have you tried to log in using a different browser?
