Quick question - I've got the basic sky digi system installed through o a tv downstairs & want to run a cable via the RF out o an upstairs tv - no great problems there. But, should I use normal brown coax or would the black satellite stuff be better ??

Either will do but the satellite cable (black stuff ) is better. If you have to buy cable anyway get CT100 cable.
