So I ordered from the bodyjewelleryshop.com on November 14th thinking I'd receive my items before December at the least. Over a month later and yup, you guessed it, no items.

Now I've sent e-mails looking for the reason as the why my stuff hadn't reached me and I got no reply. My items say that they've been dispatched for at least 3 weeks now.

So my question is, what can I do now? I didn't pay much for the items but I don't think that's the point here.

Call them, emails sometimes get lost .
