Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Well done on your weight loss! You have worked hard to loose, so you are dead right to want to show it off in your clothes. Belts for trousers are good, as are belts for the mid section to define your new waist. Most expensive items such a coats or trousers can be altered by a tailor relatively cheaply.

But to be honest, I recommend buying at least a few small items that fit your new size exactly, to spur you on. There is always a great temptation to re-fill larger clothes!
