Hi there, not sure I'm in the right place here, just looking to get a domain name for myself, a ".ie" one if possible, but ".com" will do. Can anyone tell me the cheapest way to do this? Any good sites???? thanks p

Read this page on .ie domains http://www.iedr.ie/faq.php - just so you know what you need to register a ie domain.
