BBC radio player not working....anyone else got issues?

using Opera browser (latest version) The radio player when loaded with a BBC station stream (any BBC station stream that I've tried in the last few days) fails - I just get the "sound of silence" message. However, when randomly trying others - Heart FM, Absolute etc they work fine. Very annoying.

Have been listening to BBC local radio (Radio Kent) on the radio player over the last few days, no trouble for me. I'm using Firefox. Just checked BBC Radio 1 there and thats working for me too.

Working alright for me on Chrome.

Mention of Pepper Flash which I don't have, did update Shockwave Flash this morning to see if that would fix it.
