Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All.

I need to get a hardware fault fixed with my Xperia T.

I have been given a choice of 2 Centres to send it to:

    FóneFix or SBE Ireland.

What are peoples feedback of them? Which are more reliable?

    Thanks!

    David

Used fonefix, dont like the fee for hand delivering a phone but other than that very good service.

I'm assuming because it's under warranty it will be free of fees :)

Only if you post it to them. You pay the walk in fee even in warranty.

    Just to offer some feedback.

Received my phone back from foxfix, and the issue is there. All they did was updated the software, which I stated I did before I sent it in.

They put no effort into fixing the phone.

    Absolutely appalling.

No, Bluetooth and Wifi bombing out.

Sony are arranging a "VIP" repair to SBE(They have a closer relationship seemingly)

I'm making a YT video of the issue, just for proof.

Just received my replacement phone from SBE. Week and a half turnaround.

    Would recommend them...

But one tip... always have a Youtube video of the phone exhibiting the problem.
