Red Cow Roundabout - directions

Hi , I have a room booked at the Red Cow Hotel, just wondering with all the roadworks can you still go through this roundabout to access the hotel, or is it all blocked off. Will be travelling from Cork via the N7

You will (as you have for the last few years anyway) have to proceed through the Red Cow roundabout onto the R110 before veering left to turn right at the Junction with the Longmile Road before coming back along the R110 to access the hotel.
