Hi, I have a starting problem which hopefully someone might be able to advise on. 2009 Volvo V50 2.0D. For the last year or so every now and then the car wouldn't start. Turns over fine, but won't fire up. Sounds like a fuel problem. After several tries it would eventually start, and run prefectly for the next month or two…

Turns over fine, but won't fire up. Sounds like a fuel problem. After several tries it would eventually start, and run prefectly for the next month or two until it happened again. When running normally it fires up instantly. Last night after work it completely refused to start. Exactly the same, turns over fine. Got a lift home, and was sure it would be fine this morning, but still the same. Someone was supposed to come and look at it for me but they got delayed so it's stuck outside the office for the weekend. Any ideas please ?
