Selling/refilling gas cylinders

Hi their I'm cleaning out the shed and we have about 15-18 small gas cylinders and i heard that ya can sell them to spots that refill them, only problem is that i don't know anywhere to being them to and asked the scrap yard and they don't touch them, so just looking for some info what ta do with them. Thanks
