Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Tried to get on facebook there few mins ago and was redirected to this, (see attached)

Different web address that used apps in it so may catch some out and the colours/layout is kinda similar too. Just be warned!

    internet is dangerous etc

Hardly surprising you got a redirect considering all those shitty tool bars that are installed there

    Too many.

    My sentiments exactly.

What's up with all the toolbars?

Also, can you please show the link you clicked on? Not the exact url, but what it appeared to be.

Finally, mouse over dodgy looking links and then look at the status bar (see pic).

Anyway, has anyone been getting those dodgy event invitations?
Sweet Jesus, even the names of them are dodgy. "xxxxx has invited you to attend Facebook themes and colors and other crap" or something like that.

    The newest little spam scam.

Facebook is a scam period. It logs all your personal info through all those stupid apps and then sells that info on to consumer research companies.

Apparently. And we know he's a freak because he uses Firefox. FIREFOX, for fuck's sake!

Edit: You probably can't get Chrome in Donegal.

    Damn, the internet is dangerous...

You should ask some kind folks on the internet for advice on avoiding such problems.

With all of those toolbars, this scam is probably the least of your worries.

Hey if your stupid enough to put up your personal information on the internet for anyone to see - including murderers and the FBI, then you deserve to be scammed.

How can you even see the internet with so many toolbars?

I wonder who has the most toolbars?

    Never mind. Found it.

Jayus, almost a quarter of your screen are toolbars...best to get rid of them.
Tools/Add-ons and remove/or disable them from there.
