Dose any one know whet these are off?

They are similar to BSA M20 motorcycle front wheel but have a bronze bush and axle with some kind of a large coarse thread butterfly nut

    "Pram" wheels.
Anti tank guns in the past had a "pram" a two wheeled cart which carried ammo etc when the gun was introduced in the 50s. The idea being you could drag the whole thing out of the back of a land rover, and leg it to the firing point.

In later years they were used to bring turf from the main store to the billets.
