gas problem

hi all ...i have a gas cooker in my camper..was working great until i changed to a new cylinder over the weekend..when i operate the grill it works fine for 30 40 seconds ..then there is a loud hiss and the gas seems to be flowing out faster and stronger..any ideas whats wrong or anyone i could contact about it..thanks

sounds like your gas regulator is in bother.
