Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Just curious on this with regard to a recent thread in security.

    Company A buys company B .
Company B has a unique technical product with a lot of end users.
Is company A legally obliged to supply /support that product for any set period of time?

I'd imagine they would be responsable for any pre-existing support contracts if the company is being kept as a going concern but i could be wrong

It wouldn't be quite like that. The company is the manufacturer. The end user would have maintenance contracts with the installers not them.
