Just got a fixed penalty notice from Dublin City Council stating that I left my waste rubbish out on a non collection day and they want me to cough up €75. Funny thing, I wasn't in the country on the day in question? What would be the best course of action? I'll probably ring the DCC tomorrow to see if it can be revoked as…
