Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Did you try contacting them using the Contact Form?

    Ive tried contacting them too for details on a loan I have with them, Lost the standing order details and trying to get new ones. Havent paid them in ages as a result but they havent even called me!! I find it strange to tell the truth but I have documented my attempts to contact them for future reference
