Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ah, SB, they're all at it. I sent this to the guy in charge of the Dept of Arts, Sports & Tourism website the other day. It still hasn't been changed, though it's been like that since March so there probably isn't a rush. At least they have the correct picture. It's nice to see that Martin Cullen still welcomes us all in the webpage title, it warms me to my cockles to know he still cares any time I use the site.
I've noticed that the main body of the dAST web page ( http://www.arts-sport-tourism.gov.ie/aboutus/welcome.html ) has an updated pic of Mary Hanafin after the departure of Martin Cullen and her name rather than his in the body text. I'm assuming the bits below were just missed, the page title in particular. Just letting you know.

<title>Welcome from Mr. Martin Cullen</title>
<meta name="DC.Title" content="Welcome from Mr. Martin Cullen" />
<meta name="DC.Creator" content="Department of Tourism, Culture and Sport" />
<meta name="DC.Description" content="Welcome from Mr. Martin Cullen" />

The web's littered with half-fixed information, including on official political sites. That isn't going to change any time soon. Still, it would probably be in FG's interest to keep their stuff up to date.

Leo is actually the best of the rest for the job probably :-/

They all need to have better websites and better email updates!!

I'm signed up to all the main parties email updates and its mostly crap that comes in them.

FG and Labors are the best. FF's are crap (not hating for the sake of it) and are filled with trying to increase the profile of certain people in the ranks with the people signed up for updates.

FG and Labour generally keep it more general about what the party is achieving.
