I'm writing a letter to the government

Following from this post, it is one of the better ideas I have seen about Lisbon. My particular thoughts on the issue are unimportant. What we do need is TD's that can actually realise they are probably accounting for 20%* of the no vote. The Spite Vote.

People are unhappy and angry. Lets do something about it. No Leftist/Socialist/Sinn Fein propaganda. Just send a message that says we're not taking it anymore. You are destroying everything I care about. You are destroying my career. You are destroying my relationships with the unneccessary burdeon of worry and doubt on my shoulders. You are destroying my neighbours future. You are destroying my future. You are destroying our childrens future.

I say, lets do it. Lets write to every FF/GP TD and let them know how we feel. I would personally lean on the greens and say if they don't dissolve this corrupt government, their party and all they stand for is in tatters.

Maybe a wordsmith here could put what needs to be said more succinctly than I ever could. We should use the same letter, put your signature on it and send. Tell all your friends, tell all those on the fence, tell all those voting Yes and tell all those voting No out of spite.

I suggest we send our letters en masse on Tuesday the 22nd September. It gives us ten days to spread the word and all the letters will arrive by the Friday before the election at the latest.

*Purely an assumption, accurate figures are hard to come by.

Dear Jim could you fix it for me to rewind 15 years just so we could all have made a better stab of it?

Sorry, you're right. We should all send letters, which will just get shredded and ignored.

    Viva la revolution
