Car impounded

Hi, my car was taken by the guards for a psv and the car has bald tyres and cut springs does anybody know the outcome??, I was told I can collect the car after they test it, it's in an car recovery impound at the moment, I have nct tax and insurance

fit 4 good tyres.
fit 4 original springs.
pay the fine.
