Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Small Claims Court time limit

In cases lodged with the Small Claims Court, respondents are given 15 days to reply otherwise the claim will be deemed to have been admitted automatically (order 53A). If I lodge a case, 21 days pass, but the registrar states that he is still waiting for the respondent to return his call, does the registrar have the power to extend the limit of his own accord or should it be automatically decided in my favour?

Id like to bump this thread. I have the exact same scenario upon me. 5 days after the 15 day deadline, no contact. Can you advise what would happen?
