Galway Covers Band start up!

    Hi guys! Im a guitarist with vocals looking to move back to galway and set up a covers band.

    I already have a drummer on board and we both have a lot of experience in the galway covers scene/good gear/ability etc.

    We're looking for a frontman/frontwoman with good vocals, a bassist and another guitarist. Vocals are kindof a must. Good gear/playing ability and ability to perform are required too.

    We're aiming to do modern rock covers rather than pub classics as the venues we've asked who would be interested have said theres a pretty big demand for newer music and we both have a good bit of experience in doing modern covers and putting on a good show with high energy and all that good stuff.

    Bumping! We're still looking for a bassist, guitarist and frontman/woman. We've had a lot of interest and almost everyone wants a rough setlist. Some of the setlist ideas so far include songs by

    Foo Fighters
    Muse
    Sum 41
    Katy Perry
    Macklemore
    Coldplay
    Imagine Dragons
    Avril lavigne
    Biffy Clyro
    Walking on Cars
    Linkin Park
    Paramore
    The Darkness

    and some random songs like some spice girls, Green day, Bullet for my Valentine, Five. Just setlist ideas and we'll pick a good set from the list :)
