Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does anyone have any information as to why this estate was never taken in charge by the Cork CoCo? Several of the surrounding estates like Abbeylands/Broomfield Court etc. were taken in charge earlier on this year. Doesn't seem to be any management committee in place either (at least for the houses, might be for the blocks). Has there ever been any issues with lighting/sewerage etc.?

Was thinking of buying a house/flat here as it's very convenient to the rail station for getting to the City, but obviously wary if I could potentially be landed with bills for maintaining/repairing essential services down the line.
