Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm flying on Monday and want to add bags on my flight, but every time I go to the Manage Booking section, enter my details, it sends me back to the homepage.
I know I'm probably going to have to ring up and ask, but just wondering if anybody knows why this might be, or if there is some issue?
Is it something to do with the fact that we've already added a bike to the booking? I can't find anything saying you can't have both.

Try a different browser. The same happened to me today trying to check in with Firefox on Linux (to be fair I have a tonne of privacy extensions).

I used Chrome and it brought up a popup window for me to proceed
