I bought one last year and kept meaning to use it. I heard and read about doing away with the tickets and going to leap cards. If i try and use this ticket tomorrow would it still be valid?

Which operator? Is there a date on it?

If it is a Dublin Bus mag stripe ticket you should be able to exchange it for a smart ticket.

Rang Dublin bus and they said use it as normal.

Went out today and used it,on the bus I had to tell the drivers on the trains we used it no problem to open the gates for both of us.
