Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

So parkrun use the WMA Age Factor to give a runner their age related percentage for 5km races. I came across this page which has a link to the "Age Factor Excel" sheet

    http://www.howardgrubb.co.uk/athletics/wmalookup06.html

but the details seem to relate to 2010. Does anybody know if there is a more up to date source of these figures? And yes i did attempt to google this beforehand.

2010 are still the latest numbers I think. They tend to update them every 4-5 years or so, but the changes are usually tiny anyway and hardly relevant
