Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Cancellation- how to apply

    Hey I failed my test today an I want to apply for another one. The problem is that my license expires halfway through July and I would like if possible to sit my test again before that. How does one go about getting cancellation, do you just apply online or should you call the test centre?

    You can also select the cancellation list when booking online (its what i did)
    i then received a text message about 4 days after i booked saying they had a cancellation slot open the week after, i then rang up rsa and told them i was interested in the slot, i had to wait about 12 days after asking to go onto the cancellation list to do my full test..

    I applied and called the afternoon I came home from my (final) fail and had a cancellation within a couple of weeks.

    I got my letter for my test yesterday. Test was for July. Way too far. Rang up the RSA test phone number(not the lo-call) an hour later for a cancellation. Very nice. They gave me 5 dates in the coming fortnight with times. Picked the one I liked best. Picked the 10th. So 10 day wait, rather than 40! :)
