No changes to the driving test regarding motorways. But there is a new marking system currently being trialled and then rolled out nation wide. It seems to be the same test, but marked slightly differently. That is to say the testers will be using tablets now rather then paper. The marking sheet may be different but scored the same. There will also be a feedback form. I'm unsure wether this will have comments specific to each driver or wether it will give a general comment on what people do wrong in a category. Some testers are good at feedback, other are definately not. I have the email from the RSA and the new form here.
There are other changes to the driving tests in the pipeline. The ideas of a hazard perception test and instructors being allowed to sit in on tests have been getting bandied about.
