Positive, not only have i read it somewhere on their (microsoft) site but i also tried it myself when my own gold sub finished. I kept getting an error message that the code was not recognised, and i gave that same code to someone on this thread and it worked for their new profile.

That is grand about the code danny got sorted so if you hang on to it until the next person comes along someone else can use it

Edit: Actually just remembered about dr gonzo, can you send them a pm to check do they still need the code?

in all my asking for a trial i found two 48hour passes in old halo 3 cases :rolleyes:

I think the backlog is clear as the other people did not get back to this thread so whoever comes next (as long as they satisfy the rules) gets the codes from maximoose and dannyboi3k.

Just as an add on maybe the next people who need codes can pm the lads above instead of them having to keep checking on this thread.

If you have a new xbox you should have at least three single month gold trials on it. When you create a profile and it asks you do you want silver (free) or gold live pick silver and it will automatically give you gold for a months trial.

Just to let anyone here know that there is an offer at the moment for 3 months Gold for €9.99. Pretty reasonable, just remember to remove your credit card from auto-renewing the account at full price.

Good to know, strange but it didn't work for me a few times and even when i tried it a few months ago.

Just out of interest, was your live account ever credit card funded? Mine has always been a top up card rather than credit card i wonder if that makes a difference?

From what I can remember the code should work for everyone on the same console. Its not 1 per gamertag but 1 per console.

Do I need an unique Online Pass for every user on my console?
No. One Online Pass will give online access to multiple users logged into the console where the Online Pass was first activated (subject to the console manufacturer’s and EA online terms of service).

Also, the user that activated the Online Pass will be allowed to access online features on other consoles (of the same manufacturer) by logging into the same account credentials that they used when they enabled the Online Pass.

Rowley does this mean you have topped up your gold account? If so spikes code goes to the next person that comes along, if not then spike is your way to go

Thats what did happen on my last xbox, but it broke so i had to transfer all data to a new one and now its asking for a code

Are you serious?! You posted two days ago, you do realise it is a case of when we have codes we offer them here yeah? Not that we have a big roll of them ready and waiting! With that attitude i wouldnt give you the back of my hand let alone a code tbh

Hello Lads I'm not sure if it's okay to ask but if anyone could spare a 24hr xbox live code I would appreciate it. I tried to buy a 3month pass yesterday using a pre paid visa card from gamepointsnow.com but they took the €17.95 from my card but didn't send me a txt message with a verification code, as a result they canceled the order when I didn't enter a code. How could I enter a code when they didn't send it to me?

Now I'm waiting for them to refund my visa which I hope they do? I hope it'll be refunded by tomorrow so I can purchase my own subscription.

I'll gladly buy a few 24hr codes and post them here over christmas if anyone can help out.

Just to let you know that there is an offer on the Xbox Dashboard for 3 months Xbox Live @7.99. Good price but it's auto renewal so just cancel the subscription before the 3 months are up.

Yeah just noticed that a while ago...kinda glad now that my previous order for €17.95 didn't go through. Hopefully they will refund me tomorrow so I can sign up to the €8.00 offer.

Ok for anyone looking for 48hr code for silver members all you have to do is like MUZU.tv on Facebook and you will get a 48hr code.
That should sort out a few people for a while.

My 5 year old 20gig red ringed so I bought a new 250gig to replace it. Because I downloaded my profile (which was never online) I lose my free months trial.
