Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,

    I would like to add my partners name to the household account? Is this possible?

    Hi Leogirl,

    Thank you for your post. Yes, your partner's name can certainly be added to your account. We just need permission from both the account holder and the person to be added. This permission can be given here on Boards (provided they have their own profile), on Facebook from their personal account, or by Twitter DM.

    You could alternatively call 1850 372 372; the agent will have a quick word with both of you to gain your permission, and then update the account. Permission can be given by email also from your individual email addresses, just email service@electricireland.ie.

    Please PM with your Electric Ireland account number, full name, address and contact number if you'd like to give your permission here on Boards. Please also confirm if you are the account holder.
