Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    My understanding is that all architects need to be registered to practice and that the RIAI is the only body in Ireland. Open to being wrong though.

    Thanks - just copped that after reading the RIAI website. Thought it was an additional certification or qualification. Thanks anyway :)

    In any event I wouldn't go to an unregistered doctor or dentist. If I'm spending a lot of money on a house I want to be sure I got someone who knows what they are doing. Membership of the RIAI is a good start.

    I'm not an architect, btw.
