typically, on the longest weekend of the year...
I wake up with a bastardo of a toothache...therefore, as I refuse to take this pain any longer...i will pay someone lots of money to pull out my aching tooth....**

**although i'd be much happier if someone could just recommend a dental surgery that works on bank holiday

Get your hands on some clove oil.
My local shop does it, but that might be a culchie thing.

I know one fail safe way of the throbbing pain in ur mouth bothering you.

A kick in the balls.

...so painful, you wont even know ur mouth is sore.

Get some soluble Solpadeine, swish it around that side of your mouth for a while, then swallow it...it should lessen the pain a bit.

I extracted a tooth for someone before who was in lots of pain, no anaesthetic either the crazy mare. Nurofen Plus is best for dental pain so go and get some of that quick smart. Also gargle a soluble disprin in your mouth to hit the pain locally. You poor thing. If in Dublin you should just make your way to the dental hospital.

me wonders...is the dental hospital not where people learn to be dentists? I feelthat people with no clue would probably cause less pain then someone who almost knows what to do

my sister got some fillings and a crown done in the dental hospital a few weeks ago.

it will be experience for the dentist's in training

give me a ring they might be able to fit you in if they are open

Don't mix your drugs, go to a pharmacy.

Disprin and Nurofen can be mixed as they're totaly different drugs, especially if the disprin's only being gargled and not swallowed.

Try getting your hands on some cocaine and dab iton your gums, it's laced with dental anisthetic!

The risk is cumulative effect, not replacement effect like you have with alcohol. In any case phamacies will be able to advise on specific proprietary drugs that are mixes suited to dental pain.
