Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

serving a legal document

    Hi, I wonder could anyone help me? If you were trying to serve a legal document for court on somebody and it came back via registered post as "Not here" even though you knew they were and then you attempted to serve it in person and they refused to take it what steps could be taken to ensure that the person got the legal document? I'm very new to both forums and legal stuff so any ideas are much appreciated.

    We don't do legal advice. There is a procedure entitled substituted service which a legal adviser will advise you in relation to.
