Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Saw these there for 6.99 in HMV cruises street (limerick), they are 30 euro on their own site, or about 17 euro on ebay.
Various colours etc. Very handy for people like me where the normal earphones always fall out!

    They look like these

They've always looked a bit tacky to me. How is the sound quality?

They aren't those ones, slightly different, sound is grand for €7, got them in HMV Henry St, just use them for work so don't need a great pair.

They aren't cack, I'm not sure the OP has put up the right model though.

When I looked in HMV last week, they were selling certain colours in the Skullcandy Dubz range (which seems to be a discontinued line) for 6.99. The Smokin' Buds range started at 14.99 for some colours. Both are decent enough headphones at that price

These look like the ones I got.

Get a pair of sennheisers instead for a few more euro.

Where did you get the Sennheisers?

Not getting into this argument again, but if these last me a week, and I buy 4 pairs, they'll have worked out cheaper, and lasted longer than any Sennheiser pair I've had.

My €15 Sennheisers have lasted me 3 years and the sound quality is for better than these tacky things.

Although €7 is still a very good price for any earphones, good spot OP
