    I've made this again. This time I just used a large piece of housekeepers cut, chopped it in to a 3-4 pieces and left it for about 12 hours. If using a big piece it's important to make sure the entire is covered in liquid or the exposed bit will go a bit dry.

    It's lovely. I cook big batches - once cooked I like to shred the leftover beef and freeze it in portions and then it add to my salads at lunch.
