Merlin Car Reg Search?

    I was just doing some searches on this - im bored and was curious to see if some of my old motors were still on the road - but it seems the Tax & NCT fields have been removed.

    It used to tell you when the car was last taxed and when it is NCT'd until (giving a good indication if its still being driven or not) - but it seems these fields have now been removed. :(

    Am i imagining things or am i looking at the wrong link?

    Ahh thats pity.


    On a related issue what happens when a car is stolen and burnt out? - do they not de-reg it and assign the reg to another car?

    ... was surprised to find out my brothers first car ('89 GTi) was still on the system!

    nct and tax details were often incorrect anyway
