UPC Contract Length

Just wondering if all the UPC products come under an 18 month contract now? I was hoping to have a 12 month contract seeing as I'm renting and the lease is 12 months as well. If it is 18 months are there any others that offer 12 month contracts and are they in any way comparable for price and quality?

Think their triple bundle is 18 months now which is ridiculous tbh. Not sure about their broadband.
