general contacting of emergency services

    Does anyone know how I could get in contact with the emergency services in for a non-emergency reason?
    I'm looking to get information regarding response dispatching in the case of traffic accidents for a college project and obviously don't want to bother 112/999.

    For fire, contact your local council and ask for the relevant contact.

    For Garda, try your local district office.
