    hi i was wondering how long it is taking for child benefit we sent the form of month ago and got no word back

    Depends on when you send it in... I sent mine in in late Feb 2009 (my daughter was born in December 2008) and I didn't receive it til the April payment as it was too late for the March payment.

    I'd give them a ring:
